Who is responsible

Bandolina Creations, an amateur, non-commercial art project. Contact: bandolina.creations@gmail.com.

What is collected, and why

For Dare to say it: your voice recording, your native language, how you want to be credited (name, nickname or anonymous) and, if you give it, your email. They are used only to create and credit artworks in this experiment, and to reply to you if needed.
For news from the studio: your email address, used only to send you those news.

Both are based on your consent, which you give when you tick the box in each form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where the data is kept

Forms are received through the site’s hosting provider (Netlify) and then kept by Bandolina Creations. Data is never sold or shared with anyone for other purposes.

How long

Recordings are kept while the Dare to say it experiment is active, or until you ask for them to be deleted. Email addresses for news are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to bandolina.creations@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
